Each workstation is a showcase of one’s personality, traits and background. Daily stand-up meetings are done in a non-formal setup to encourage open communication between team members. Corporate outings are a yearly culmination as we share time with each other away from our workstation and one with the Microcreation’s Team.

It’s a session where people talk about issues and life at our work place. We get to feel how people think and gauge their happiness index. Human factor is just as important as skills and experience, because this is the key to getting their commitment and loyalty.
